The last 5 Percent

Why is it that the last 5% takes 95% of the time? We have been working on staining and painting. It is not just staining and painting but you have to caulk, sand and prep everythig too - which takes a lot of time. We are thrilled with the way everything has turned out and really, really appreciate all of the help we have had!!

The weather has not been on our side. It has rained almost the whole month of September. Hopefully it will give us a little break so we can finish it up! We are anxious to watch some football on the screened in porch!
